Light and Crispy Waffles

2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Mix dry ingredients together, then add

3 cups buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Best to let batter stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes before making waffles.
